The Pat Spinola Natatorium is a six-lane, 25-yard competition pool.
From Rte. I-95 North:
Take Exit 17/Westport. Turn LEFT at the end of the ramp onto Saugatuck Avenue/Rte. 33. Turn LEFT at the first street on left/ Sunrise Road. Turn RIGHT at end of Sunrise Road onto Indian Hill Road. Turn LEFT at end of Sunrise Road onto Treadwell Avenue (.4 mi). Turn LEFT onto Kings Highway South (.1 mi). Continue on Kings Highway South until it becomes William Street and then bear RIGHT into County Street. Follow County Street (.4 mi) to Calvin Murphy Drive/ Norwalk High School. The Pat Spinola Natatorium is at the top of the hill on the right.
From Rte. I-95 South:
Take Exit 16/East Avenue/Norwalk. Turn LEFT at the end of the ramp onto East Avenue. Stay to the right on East Avenue (.9 mi.). Turn RIGHT onto Westport Avenue/Rte. 1 (.9 mi.).Turn RIGHT onto Strawberry Hill Avenue (.2 mi.). At first light, turn LEFT onto County Street (.2 mi.). Turn RIGHT at the first street on the right/Calvin Murphy Drive/Norwalk High School. The Pat Spinola Natatorium is at the top of the hill on the right.

The Norwalk YMCA pool, a six-lane, 25-yard practice pool, is the official home pool for Zeus Swim Team.
From Rte. I-95 South:
Take Exit 14/South Norwalk. Turn LEFT onto Fairfield Avenue and proceed to traffic light. Turn RIGHT onto Connecticut Avenue (.4 mi.) At second traffic light, turn RIGHT, continuing on Connecticut Avenue. At traffic light, turn LEFT onto West Avenue. The Norwalk YMCA is on the left-hand side of West Avenue.
From Rte. I-95 North:
Take Exit 15/Danbury/Nouth Norwalk and bear to the RIGHT when the road splits. Bear to the RIGHT again to the end of the ramp. The Norwalk YMCA is straight ahead on the left-hand side of West Avenue.
